On cask at the source: pours clear headless gold with a white head. Aroma is basement funk, apple, grape. Taste is fairly sweet. Hefty notes of apple and white wine. Light sourness. Pleasant body. Woooooo Faro ticks!

Draft - pours muddy light brown - nose and taste of Riesling grape, funk, apple, sweet brown sugar - medium body

Braved the snow and made long drive down from NYC for the Iceman cometh very applicable name today. Cloudy dullish pour. Nose is faint ice cider and hint of lambic funk. Tastes of ice cider in background, little white wine, kombucha, woody. Not too sweet at all. On cask. Personally I think colder would make this even better but very enjoyable. But everything is in cask here which is pretty cool. Overall a lighter faro but a tasty one you can drink. Note this is made with ice wine but it’s Apple notes made me think ice cider
