500 ml bottle from the Meadery, 2/23/16. Bright floral, honey and cactus fruit aroma. Clear orange color with just a hint of pinkness. Taste bright and clean, fruity, with a slight tanginess and a nice sweetness. Smooth and very clean feel. Just a hint of dryness to the close keeps it from being too sweet. Really impressed by this one, and I thought the cactus fruit added a really nice component.
