Draft from the Diamond. Pours gold. Nice fresh floral/plant aromatics. Some sitrus. Can tsste the sorach. Good.

Taster showing deep amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense sweet notes of Belgian yeast. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately intense Belgian yeast throughout with a moderate pilsner bitterness along with it. Bitterness goes a little bit too long

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spicy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and spicy hops, leading to a bitter finish.

I love to be able to trust a Japanese brewery. This is an extremely well conceived faux Belgian, with a distinct Japanese spin. Yes X2.
