25cl Bottle from AH. Clear light amber colour, white head. Aroma of NS hops, sweet fruity white wine, some citrus, hint of caramel. Flavour is light sweet, a bit grainy, light toffee, light citrus, grapes, light dry grainy bitter finish. Light bodied. Not bad.

25cl bottle from a friend. Decent white head. Clear blond pour. Hoppy aroma/taste but weak. A wasted opportunity.

Tap @ In De Wildeman (from notes). Golden to copper color, white head. Aroma, well, not much at all, lightly fruity and yeasty. Flavor is almost neutral, a hint of grain/malt. Thin on the palate. Hardly anything going on in the finish. Disappointing. 5/4/5/2/10. Retry from bottle July 2012. Slightly better, clearly more Sauvin in the aroma (tropical fruit) as well as more malt. Flavor is slightly more malty. Still not much finish, but overall a bit better.

On tap at Engelbewaarder CafΓ©, Amsterdam, Netherlands 29.09.11 on a truly gorgeous, wonderfully warm sunny day. Pours warm gold with good clarity, there is a rim of white bubbles. Bit of cereal in the mouth, I assumed that the Sauvin stood for brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops but I cannot say that these really shone, that said it was a perfectly fine beer, I suppose one could say it was a sensible strength, touch sweet, little fruity, fine. . (Draught at De Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam, 17 July 2011) Golden/bronze colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with raspberries, citrus, currant bushes and gooseberries. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, orange peel, raspberries and a mild floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, fairly sweet. A bit like a fruit salad, but still lacking some character. Decent.

Rerate! Now itβs better then during t-drinks. More hoppy taste and smell, quite nice! Guess the beer at the festival wasnβt in top condition.

Tap @ Ledig Erf. Clear golden color, medium head. Aroma of some caramel malt, only a slight hint of the nelson sauvin hops. Very weak taste, slightly bitter. So, Palm is trying to pick up the hypes on hoppy beers? Nelson Sauvin was the hype 2 years ago and now they make a weak and thin wanna-be version of a Palm. Boring! Skip this one.
