On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours an orange gold with small white head. The aroma is yeast, floral, oak, berry. Thin body, berry, yeast, oak, lingering dry finish, very good.

Bomber at home havenβt had a decent saison in a bit so this hit the spot. Deeper orange gold pour big bead. Nose is lovely fruits and florals. I think the age has made this beer quite nice. Mellow fruits of whatever a manzanita may be doughy, hay, apricot, lemon and oaky. Lighter carbonation. Dry and smooth. Really tasty. I will google manzanita immediately.

Outstanding IMO. Funky, the contribution of the manzanita is there but indistinct and hard to describe. Light tart, light barrel funk. Lightly bready/dough malt. Drinkable, moderate mouthfeel. Low carbonation on the palate despite the large foaming head.

Has a strong woody aftertaste, too strong of a wood for me.
