Our homage to (rip off) Cantillon 50 Degrees North 4 Degrees East. 2 year old unblended lambic aged in a Brandy barrel. This unique lambic is the fruit of a collaboration between Funk Factory Guezeria, O'so Brewing and Old Sugar Distillery.

Bottle - pours gold white head - nose and taste of brandy, oak, funk, old lemons, caramelized brown sugar and farmhouse funk -medium body

Bottle thanks to Ben. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, brandy, wood. Thin mouth, funky, tart, brandy, wood, really enjoyed this.
