Hunting with skill and purpose, the early Huntsman earned respect and prestige among the people. This crisp, clear Kölsch pays tribute to that fearless warrior — straightforward and refreshing, just like the end of a long day’s hunt.

Brewed with Weyermann Barke Pilsner, Proximity Pilsen, and Weyermann Munich I malts for a clean, bready backbone. Lightly hopped with Hersbrucker and fermented with traditional German Kölsch yeast, it finishes dry and snappy. Focused. Determined. Classic.

On tap at Central Jersey Beer Fest at Mercer County Park. Clear yellow gold pour. Herbal hops over a mild grainy malt base. A bit thin for the style, even by Kolsch standards.
