ALFA Ongefilterd Puur is een zeer uitzonderlijk bier en een natuurproduct in optima forma. Het bier is goudblond van kleur, evenwichtig, verfrissend en volmondig van smaak. Een traktatie voor de echte bierliefhebber. Pils op z’n Puurst, want het bevat nog levende fermenten. Het wordt dus niet gefilterd. Het is rijk aan vitamine B en antioxidanten en bezit alle goede eigenschappen van ons Edel Pils. Het is dan ook niet mogelijk ALFA Ongefilterd Puur te bottelen; het kan alleen rechtstreeks uit de tank gedronken worden. Ons ongefilterde bier is verkrijgbaar bij speciale evenementen en bij een zeer select aantal kroegen (van de Beerkompanie).

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish grainy, popcorn, weeds, sour grass, hay, hints of sulfur. Taste is slightly sweet grainy, weeds, sugar, grain, hay, light malts, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Meh!

Draught @ De Bierfabriek, Rokin 75, Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1012 KL. [ As De Bierfabriek Puur ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, fruity notes, light yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, grain. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130929]

Draught at Bier Fabreik Amsterdam. Clear yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is sweet grains, pils malt, straw and some Nobel hops. Flavour is sweet grains, wort, under fermented, corn. Palate is sweet and a but flabby. Lowish carbonation. Sweet under fermented lager that lacks depth.

Draught @ Bierfabriek Amsterdam in the company of Lothore. Hazy pale yellow color, decent sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly grainy, lightly bitter. Low to average body and carbonation. Meh.

Draft at Bier Fabriek. Hazy golden pour with a small white head. Couldn’t get anything from the aroma but light citrus, really not much going on there.. Flavour has a little more with sweet malt, light fruit and not much more actually. Easily drinkable but unexciting.

From tap at Bierfabriek. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild grassy, fruity and light yeastt. Sweet malty, light toasted, grassy and crisp hoppy. Mellow yeasty and mild fruity finish.
