375 ml bottle (Bottled in 2018 - Barrels 002, 005, & 008), 7/29/22. Been trying to work through ye ole' cellar a little bit lately, and found this one hiding in the way back of the little fridge. Pours a mostly clear orange color with a thin, fizzy head. Strong wood and funk, underlying earth and grains. Leathery. Acidic. Quite interesting.
