Our original flagship, Sawtooth Amber Ale, continues to stand the test of time. Enjoying a pint is like playing your favorite classic album. Nostalgic, influential and a journey to be enjoyed from beginning to end. Malty chewiness slowly transitions over to herbal, earthy hops that make way for the crisp, dry finish of this multi-award-winning ale.

Bottle. Light orange malt aroma. Hazy orange amber with a small off-white head. Biscuity malt flavor with a soft bitter citrus peel finish. Pleasant enough, but a little bland.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear light orange with about a finger of white head. Aroma of pine, caramel malt, and grapefruit. Taste is light bitter. Medium bodied with a suprisingly thick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, very good. I would gladly drink this again.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Arielβs place. Thanks kerenmk. Hazy deep orange. Aroma of somewhat old piney and grapefruity hops. Sweetish flavor with malt, some old old hops and a slightly bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

Any time a brewer compares their product, especially an English style ale to a Burton ale, they are asking for trouble. Fine well balanced ale, a little hoppy for an esb but itβs fine.

This ale poured a clear, darker amber colour with a quick living, rocky style head. Scents include ripe fruit, grassy hops and sweet malts. First sip was slightly thin, medium hop flavour. Flavours of toast, cereal and a little dough. Finish is medium bitter with malt/bitterness lingering.
