A traditional, light-bodied Dry Irish Stout with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Rich, dark roasted coffee and subtle cocoa notes are complemented by gentle hints of caramel and toffee from the malt. East Kent Golding hops provide a soft, balancing bitterness, while our house yeast enhances the rich roasted character. A dry, clean finish makes this stout both approachable and deeply satisfying.

Translucent reddish brown color. Brief beige head. Faint roasted malt nose with notes of cocoa and Worcestershire sauce. Flavor is more of the same with a touch of coffee. Dry malty finish. Light bodied and drinkable.
