An ode to the golden age of arcade games and sitcoms about nothing, Frogger GLC is an 11% epic of a New England Style Triple IPA packed with Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops for bold notes of overripe tropical fruit and bittersweet orange peel.
This beer features a whopping six pounds of hops per bbl, added every 12 hours over four continuous days of fermentation. Its full, "fluffy" body coats the palate with sun-soaked guava and papaya notes that linger for ages.
Frogger GLC was brewed in collaboration with Portland's own Great Notion Brewing, and is the second release in our canned "Covalent Bond" collaboration series!

Can shared by Marcus. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of guava and other tropicals. Seems dankish. Med + body. Flavor is citrus/guava and some other tropicals. Sort of dank/juicy. Not sweet; nicely, intensely bitter for me. Wow stuff.

Pours a very hazy, orange-yellow, with minimal head. Aroma has lots of citrus and tropical fruit and more than a little basement dankness/sour washcloth smell. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit with a pronounced alcohol burn (i.e., alcohol content is not particularly well-hidden), that results in a very bitter finish.
