Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkling ensures a fine and stable head.
Scent Slightly malty, a nice touch of alcohol, spicy. Feels like the sound shot of alcohol is igniting the mouth. In reality the tongue and palate are warmed. The taste is characterized by its roundness. The aftertaste is strong, long-lasting and dry bitter.

Once back in the days. This was one of the….well how to say it properly. Most undrinkable beers I have ever had in my mouth.
Many many years later. This one just popped up in front of me, and well I had to try didn`t I. Off course.
Strange world. Must have been a new batch HA HA.
Looks ok. Fine golden pour with a nice head. Solid lacing down the sides of the glass. Decent intensity in the aroma. Very pleasant mouth feeling. Balanced and fine sweetness. Mild banana, beligan yeast, malty and fruity flavor. Very pleasant and tasty. I love new batches.

Bouteille: Golden, hazy, many floaties, small and slowly vanishing white foamy layer; dryish fruity and alcoholic nose with traces of brandy and (necrotic) yeast; dry bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and tart; dry - again - bitter-fruity finish with alcohol, but without warming influences. A bit overrated, but surely the best beer in the world...

Pretty ballsy to declare "Elected best beer in the world" on your packaging, but I guess it sounds better than "Elected halfway-decent Belgian with a clever name". Moderately sweet, with an unexpected corny sweetness laced with mild apple and lemon yeast notes and a semidry finish. Subtle tartness mingles with sugar in the fade. Classic perky Belgian texture, but the pour's lacking much lace or head. Nice beer--Nocturnum's the better pint.
