Can pour from Lazy Dog Beer Shoppe. It's a mostly clear (lightest of haze), pale yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-width white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is fruity esters (acetone), clove, yeast, malt backbone. Taste is strong sweet fruity esters (apple, pear, acetone), late yeast, hint of cracker. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Late pleasant warming alcohol. Overall, strong all around with decent complexity.

Servida en tulipa, color amarillo dorado claro, espuma blanca de mediana retención. Aroma exquisito a levadura belga, cereal, pan, bizcocho, plátano, frutas de hueso, especias...en definitiva, la carta de presentación completa de una excelente belgian strong pale, es el típico aroma que me pasaría todo el día olfateando, como si de un adicto a esnifar pegamento se tratase . En boca no baja el nivel de lo presentado al olfato, es robusta en matices, de cuerpo medio, bien equilibrada, final largo y seco, posee un grado alcohólico bien integrado, que antes de apurarla ya te sientes flotar...Una cerveza magnifica. Maravillosa

Schwach eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht floral hopfig, fruchtig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit aktiver Kohlensäure.
