750 ml bottle from Plan Bee (procured on a trip to the brewery years back), 7/29/22. Pours a murky burnt orange color, with a thin, bubbly head. Funk, wood, and earth. Some vegetation that I wouldn't necessarily picked out as beets, but knowing what I am drinking, I can't think of it as anything else. Slightly herbal. Decently acidic. Good beer.

Bottle - pours reddish orange white head - nose and taste of beets, funk, oak and lemon - medium body
