The heat is on! Mole inspired Imperial Milk Porter. If you're feelin' saucy, this one here is about to pancake some fools. Base is liquid cake like pow! Conditioned on Rutgers grown habanero pumpkin peppers, Homestead Roasters bourbon barrel aged coffee, Mexican vanilla beans & Ceylon cinnamon. Smells like caramelized bourbon, coffee Tres Leches cake, chili chocolate bark, cocoa powder. Tastes like chocolate milk, fudgy spicy cinnamon Chile brownies, chocolate caramel ROLO dip dessert, sweet, sweet habanero heat on the finish!

On tap at Flying Pig Tavern & Tap in Bordentown, NJ. Opaque dark brown color. Brief beige head. Roasted malt aroma hints at cocoa. Flavor is roasted malt, heat from the chilies and vanilla bean. Warm and boozy. Some coffee notes on backend. Interesting.?
