On tap at Blue Bee, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry apple skins and a touch of oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with apple skins and a touch of vanilla. Dry and clean, but lacking depth.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a white gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong oak, floral, apple skin. Thin body, apple, pear, oak, light tartness, dry finish, very good.
