Heirloom tomatoes, basil, and sea salt in a blonde ale?!? It doesn’t get much more Jersey than a beer made with Jersey grown barley, tomatoes, and basil. Heirloom Ale recalls a garden in full bloom. Light, refreshing and surprisingly subtle.

On tap at Central Jersey Beerfest in West Windsor, NJ. Light gold color. Small white head. Earthy malt nose hints at basil. Flavor is light malt, tomato, basil and some salinity. Clean and refreshing. Love the flavors of this one. Reminds me of my garden in summer. Quite unique.
