Crop Rotation is a really fun new series of exbeerimental Cold IPA fermented with lager yeast. This will be a fun way to see how different lager yeasts and hops will impact beer flavor. Crop Rotation will be light and crushable but full of hops.
Batch #1 was dry hopped with Cashmere and Cascade and is now on draft at the farm.
