Desperado IPA is a farm staple and a constant favorite of IPA fans. Its golden/orange hue and a host of hops make it as visually appealing as its yummy taste and smell.

On tap at Flying Pig Tavern & Tap in Bordentown, NJ. Bright orange gold color. Creamy beige head. Sharp citrus and pine aroma. Bittersweet citrus and pine upfront. Crushed black pepper and bitter greens as well. A bit out of balance with intense hops start to finish.

Can from the brewery: pours a sort of dull orange with a nice head. Smells lightly fruity, kind of unrefined. Taste is weirdly like a lightly fruity gin and tonic. Not really a great IPA. Weird. I felt their other beers were more on point.
