Hopfig getreidiger Antrunk, mild bitter. Dabei steigert sich die Bitterkeit in Mittelteil, der Hopfen wird grasig. Dezent blumig, sehr rund. Gut! 11/11/11/12/11/12

Bottle 330ml (BB 01/2015)
Thanks bierkoning! Hazy amber color, good beige head. Citrus, fruits, pineapple in the hoppy nose. Also hints of yeast. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruity and grapefruity hoppy flavor. Traditionally Dutch bocks are ales but this is a lager which tastes like an ale. Certainly new generation, American style "doublebock", lots of citrusy-fruity hops in this one.

On tap at Haand Festival. As Spring Bock. It’s almost clear, golden-orange in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma has peaches, a generic fruityness, tropical fruits and sweetness. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with sweetness to bring some balance, as well as both tropical fruits and fruits from less hot places. Full body, dryish with a nice carbonation. Bitter finish. A pleasant and tasteful bock, a bit sweet though, but with a nice although untraditional fruityness. 130525

Decent beer, but nothing exciting. However, this beer style doesn’t provide much opportunity for excitement. Emelisse brews one of the nicest Lentebock’s though.

Big offwhite head. Clear amber body. Spicy gooseberry aroma with strawy notes. Dry-sweet strawy gooseberry spice taste with resiny funky notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, slightly hot mouthfeel. Dryish spicy tropical fruit and gooseberry aftertaste with grainy herbal oily mint notes. Lovely! Harmonic, drinkable, full of flavour, and very well composed. (0.15l draft at Haand 13.)
