Postscript is a hop-tinged country beer brewed with a generous portion of raw spelt sourced from our neighbors. We ferment with a mixed culture and ripen it in oak casks, resulting in a mature beer that balances fermentation character with judicious hopping.

Threes on draught: pours light gold with white head. Aroma is farmhousey, hay, spice, herb. Taste is farmhousey, dry and lightly tart. Wuite nice.
