Heavily Spelted North East style India Pale Ale Copiously dry hopped with Motueka, Lupulin Mosaic, Columbus, Galaxy, and Green Bastard from Parts Unknown. Creamy mouthfeel with tropical and resinous notes as well as hints of lime, pineapple, and dark fruit.

Draft at As Is. Tart lemon, citrus, and some tropical notes. Really lively, some spice thing going on that's probably from the spelt. Fairly sweet.

16 ounce can. Frothy beige head. Juicy citrus hop nose. Sticky citrus hop flavor upfront. Notes of honey, orange, melon and mango. Sweet and juicy like the doctor ordered. Barely noticed the 8.5% ABV. Good to go.
