This is the second IPA we created in celebration of a very good friend - an Ol' Timer! Watershed is packed full of citrus and tangerine notes as a result of some heavy dry hopping!

Sampled from can at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". A bit hazy yellow color, average sized white head. A bit unclear yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sweetish hoppy a bit, nicely light dank hoppy, hop bitters. Solid. Very solid.

Can, undated if I remember correctly, drunk 8/27/17.
Quite hazy, though not quite soupy, typical orange-golden-canteloupe color with a large, but very fleeting, off-white head atop.
Nose is a bevy of citrus; sweet lime, tangerine, orange peel and some pineapple thrown in there, as well. There's a slight resinous edge to it, though it leans much more towards heavy grapefruit than it does pine. A bit of alcohol shows through, as well. Malts are extremely sparse and show only a touch of cracker.
Iin the mouth it's very dry, lean, maybe a bit thin and overattenuated, but with enjoyable, juicy, citrus up front mixed with light tropical fruits. It gets a bit astringent and overly given to heavy, hard grapefruit, on the finish, as well as having a hint of alcohol. Carbonation is a bit low/loose, as well.
