We took our Head Brewer’s favorite beer recipe and process and blended in two of our favorite new-school hops to give birth to a new beer: Harvester of Science.
It has aromas of passion fruit, bright pine, peach, berry and pineapple. The taste is a tropical juice balanced by pine and a firm but rounded bitterness.

Pours hazy mango into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Lychee, passion fruit and melon aromas. Soft with sweet passion fruit and guava upfront turning to mild pith in the warm, lasting finish.

Pint can from Woodman's Appleton, 1/5/21. Murky orange, moderate foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pineapple, dank, resin, hay. Taste is pineapple, melon, resin, tangerine. pale malt. Some vanilla, dank weed, and dandelion. Medium bodied, low bitterness.

Pours a hazy, bright lemon yellow, with mid-sized head. Strong aromas of tropical fruit, some citrus. Flavor is sweet pineapple and other tropical fruits, some citrus, some hop bitterness. A fairly sweet beer, though the ABV is well-hidden in the flavor. Nice, soft mouthfeel. This is a good one.

Can thanks to William. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is tropical fruit and pine. Slick body, juicy, pineapple, melon, mango, tangerine, light bitterness, very nice.
