Feurald Tinferres is a saison brewed with local fresh ginger stalks from our family farm in the late summer of 2016 and then aged in oak barrels for many moons. Notes of bruises lemon grass, hints of ginger, storage apples, tonic water, and the farmhouse joy of life.

Bottle thanks to Dave. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong ginger, pepper, yeast, earth. Slick body, ginger, lemon, funky, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Bottle from the brewery: pours cloudy gold with a white head. Aroma is basement funk, vinegar, and some ginger ale. Taste is acidic and fairly sour. Some light sweetness. Mild earthiness. Interesting. Acid mellows pit as it is drunk. Still a but rough.
