dHop5 is a 8.0% DIPA that supersizes one of our favorite Equilibrium IPAs: Fractal Citra/Galaxy. We scaled Fractal’s grain bill, water treatment, fermentation, and super sized the hop bill of citra and galaxy. dHop5 pours a milky straw yellow (milk>haze) releasing aromas of passion fruit, peach, lime, and pineapple all integrated with a sorbet twist. The taste is a bright creamy tropical flavor that is dangerously drinkable and balanced.

Draught at Juicy Brews: pours hazy with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruity, hop powder or something. Taste is lightly sweet, mostly dry. Pretty clean and creamy. Pretty good.

Can picked up from recent Himmeriget Equilibrium event and shared at home - very hazy to opaque yellow coloured pour with a white head. Big bold fruity with waves of tropical fruit, some mango and passion fruit, touch of lemon rind, substantial smooth creamy mouthfeel and body, with a nice hop bite and balance of bitterness into the hoppy finish. Gorgeous.
