raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion
of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The raspberry lambic is then
blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity
of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles
are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so
that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional,
and re ned Framboos. With a abundant forest fruit nose
as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly
but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas.
This un ltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no arti cial
juices, syrups, or sugars added. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural
heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

Oude fles gedeeld door Keukeman en Benzai. Het is een donkerrood bier zonder schuim. Het heeft een zoete fruitige, kunstmatige frambozen geur. De smaak is fruitig en fris zuur.

Old bottle shared at Johnny's turns 30 ad hoc beer celebration. Dark red color, no head. Aroma is mega fruity, mega sweet and mega weird, artifical. Flavor is red fruit and quite to firm sour, sour tart. Decent smooth mouthfeel. Not bad but past its prime I'd say.

Sour, tart, fruity. Still strong raspberry, plenty of basement funk, dry wood, fruity sweetness but finishes dry. Medium acidity, smooth, excellent.
Malm� April 2024 tasting - tart raspberry fruity prominence, berry skin, musty notes and wooden accents into the tart fruity finish. Beautiful

Bottle at home. Kirobbanóan gyümölcsös, intenzíven málnás, de ezen túl viszont meglepően egysíkú/jellegtelen, szinte semmi mást nem mutat. Az adott pillanatban jól esett, de azért kissé csalódás összességében

Сильный аромат прежде всего конечно свежей малины. Немного смородины и листьев. Легкая кислинка в аромате. Цвет темной малины, пенка очень тонкая, светло розовая. Вкус на удивление немного похоже на компот ягодный. Тело очень легкое, ягодная кислота весьма сильная. Хорошо ощущается малина и ее маленькие косточки. Снова немного черной смородины. В послевкусие есть кислинка от красной смородины, вкус малины еще долго держится на языке. Конечно имеется сухость от ламбика. В целом кончено мне понравилось, но отдавать за это минимум 50 евро, ну даже не знаю.

Bottle, at share, 2019 vintage, thanks to me. Pours deep red purple. Raspberry, cherry, blackberry, tart, herbal, rhubarb, red wine vinegar, pomegranate, basil. Nice soft body. Incredible.

Bottle: pours pinkish with white head. Aroma is raspberry and funk, and vinegar. Taste is sour, tart, raspberry, dry. Very good.
