Bottle, close to 6 years old. Cap looks nasty, but the contents are great. Still lovely cherry, bright funk, great body and full carbonation. Not very sour,medium sweet. Love it, my favorite kriek brewer/blender strikes again.

75cl bottle from the brewery, bottled 06/16, 6% ABV, as Kriek 100% Lambic Bio.
F: big, off-pink, average retention.
C: burgundy dark red, light hazy.
A: sour cherries, woody, brett, bit cheese, basement, red fruits, raspberries vinegar, bit strawberries.
T: milk sour cherries, brett, woody, cellar, red fruits, bit lemon and mild vinegar acidity, not very offensive sourness, quite nice, classic for the style, medium body and lively carbonation, refreshing, fully enjoyed.

22.12.2018: 2016 vintage 0,375l bottle at home. Bottled 22.02.2016. redish clear color, small pink head. smells cherries, nutty, marzipan, some cheese, funky. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of cherry, marzipan, nutty, earthy, bit cheesy, spices, peppery, lactic. finishes rather dry and medium sour with notes of cherries, marzipan and peppery notes. quite nice one. bit on the sour side, quite drinkable though.
