Corked bottle from bierkompass.de. Pale blonde, cloudy. Grapes and a hint of lemon in the aroma. Oak, vanilla, muscat grapesand lemon in the flavor. Hint os plums. A discrete sourness. Absolutely likeable beer, like a young lambic with a lot of plums and grape juice.

--> ganz tolles Bier! Aromenstark, angenehm sauer und frisch! --> 14/13/12/13

Capped bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier
With a fizzy sound it pours a cloudy deep blond color; like the barrel aged sister, the head has short retention. The aroma is mild and a bit strange, there is some malt and bread dough. Light malt flavor, with bread dough notes and without the expected white wine; the bitterness seems quite low; in the final there is a very light fruity and sour touch.
This version has no acidity, no grapes, no fruits, no character. It doesn’t stand up against the previous sister.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with no head. Very enticing tart grape aroma. Medium body, very low carbonation, tart and citrusy with dry and tart notes of white wine - some wood also. Quite interesting. (and definitely no Belgian Wit!) 170910
