On tap @ Café Leffe, Lourdes, France. Really good looking, ruby red with an off-white head. Aroma has mild raspberry and strawberries, slightly perfumed. Flavor is sweet, but quite mild fruity mainly with raspberry and some typical Leffe signature malty flavor. Balanced in body and OK aftertaste. Sweet and slightly artificial, but really not too sweet – it’s Belgium! and the artificial berry flavor is not among the worst at all. Totally drinkable, but perhaps not the best choice for my burger.

33cl bottle. Ruby coloured, small light pink head. Pleasant aroma almost entirely of berries, probably strawberry, raspberry, cherry, maybe others and perhaps a little malt. Those berry flavours are apparent in the taste so there’s a nice sweetness, but it has quite a bitter finish, too strong for a fruit beer in my opinion, a little souring too. Watery body. It’s "ok" at best, not something I’d want to drink again.
I’m a fan of fruit ciders (Kopparberg, Rekorderlig, etc.) and compared to them this beer is awful. I say stick to the ciders if you’re wanting these flavours, they’re a much nicer more refreshing drink.

0,33L bottle (from beerExpress, Tallinn). Pours red with pinkish head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, cherries, raspberries, metallic notes. Flavor is very sweet, soapy, cherries, raspberries, and some caramel. Carbonation is rather high. Overall: feels more like red fruit lemonade than beer, but I don’t mind it.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 12/09/15, small sample (put the rest in my pasta sauce :P) Clear orange to amber color, short frothy head. Aroma of lots of red fruit, cough syrup, flowery (rose wood?), slight tart even. Quite sweet in taste. Again very much reminds me of cough syrup, not a fond memory. Quite interesting, but also it feels a bit artificial. Meh.

Pours a clear ruby color, topped with an average off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma, strawberry and other berries. Taste is quite sweet, some brady and soury notes also present. Not bad for a fruit beer, although perhaps a bit too sweet.

Bottle. Appearance is (obviously) ruby, quite dark, completely clear, a small bubbly white head, a few bubbles rising. Aroma is sweet fruits, suary cherry, candy cane, raspberry. Taste- mostly sweet fruits, lots of sugar, some tartness, quite thin in the mouth. Forgettable.

Another far-fetched exploitation of the Leffe abbey beer range, since 2010, originally only on tap. Stable, sticky, off-white head with pinkish hue, deep copper red robe, clear. Artificial sweet cherry extracts in the nose, lemonade, red fruit jam, sweet honey, apple sauce, bread. Again artificial sweet fruits in the mouth, sourish accent, quickly overpowered by a very sweet, lemonade- and grenadine-like cherry sweetness, then fading again in a thin, lightly cloying but otherwise watery finish. Totally artificial and redundant, awful fruit beer.
