Peach, nectarine, tangerine and cantaloupe from every angle, though ‘juicy’, this beer is grounded by yeast-derived spiciness. White pepper and a confident hop presence accent the crisp finish of this Franco-Belgian IPA.

Bottle from 8 Degrees Plato shared at DACBE November share. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam. Musty, earthy yeast aromas with some hay, dried orange zest and faint pith aromas. Crisp and clean on the palate with more earth, mineral, citrus and mild funk. Balanced sweet and dry finish, but leans drier.

Awesome. Lemon/lime/mint/dill/peppercorn/cracker/bread/Light funk/yeast earth. Spicy/crisp/drying. Refreshing. Tastes like dupont yeast/sorachi ace hops. Love it!

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light citrus and grass with a bit of light grains and flora underlying. Flavor has grass and flora with some citrus and grains backing.
