Bottle from the Packie Dark brown with a touch of hazy and a huge frothy tan head that persists. Rich brown sugary caramel with bits of pitted fruits and earthy spicy notes. Very nice.

Last night. Kuehn Digital Tasting Christmas Beers. Love it. Complex malty. Toffee and dried dark red fruits. Raisins. Caramel. Lovely mouthfeel and great carbonation. But even better with some more aging in the bottle.

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky brown pour, one finger creamy beige head. Long lasting, very good retention, thick lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, malty, nutty, strong wheat notes, cinnamon and spices in the background. Medium body, lively carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, a bit fizzy. Malty bittersweet taste, a touch more on the sweet side. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel, nuts. Dark fruits, cinnamon, spices. Wheat. Alcohol in the background, a bit on the boozy side this one. Long lasting finish, lingering burn on the tongue, a bit dry, spicy, fruity notes in the aftertaste. Good one.
