We added local tart cherries (Gorsem and Noordkriek) and raspberries to a beer barrel for sixteen months in Pinot Noir barrels from Burgundy. Bottled August 2019.

From bottle at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Lots of tart raspberries in the aroma, with funk, notes of red wine, and oak. Tart and medium sour flavour, some sweet hints. Medium body. Lovely Kriek.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours ruby with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong cherry, berry, funk, oak. Thin body, tart cherry, raspberry, funky, light oak, enjoyed this.

750ml bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy red colour with little life. The aroma is big raspberries and bags of yeast. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, yeasty, tart raspberry citrus, mineral palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

750ml bottle. Tart, dry and sour with some cherry juice, raspberries, some funky yeastiness, farmyard, oak, wood and vinous red wine notes. Quite balanced and complex.
Great!... Don't drink too cold.
Hapu, magus, kirss, magus, kuiv, väga mahe, vaarikad. Lõpp on hapu kirss. Nats alksi ka. Väga hea, supper tasakaal.

Flaska från Antidoot, 2019. Mörk blodröd med rosaröd krona som försvinner. Främst hallon här, med körsbär som botten. Funk, något gräsiga toner/vinbärsblad, mineral, fat. Relativt lätt i både kropp och smak. Märkbart snällare än motsvarigheten från 3F eller Cantillon. Samtidigt väldigt gott.
Very nice! Dry and sour but not over the top. Balanced tannins and tartness. Plenty of both raspberry and sour cherries. Very nice!
