We bring you this small batch-seasonal release to enliven your palate. Blackberries hand-harvested in the Willamette Valley are infused with spent botanicals from favorite local distillery, Thinking Tree Spirits’ Gifted Gin, and then combined with a dry, wild-fermented heirloom cider. This easy-drinker still offers complex flavors and robust aromatics.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Bit hazy dark pink with off white head. Lots of gin herbs, dry apple, a hint of blackberry and funk, light earthy, dry apple peel, more juniper berries. Medium sour, under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.

Wild festival. Bottle. Hazy pinkish amber with white head. Sour apples, dark picking fruits. Dry and crispy with some fruit skin character. Medium body, dry. Decent.
