Bottle. It pours a lightly hazy pale straw body and no head. The aroma has a touch of paint remover, with apples and some late night orchard. It's tart, vinegar-ish and lightly acidic, with a pleasant carbonation. The flavor has lots of vinegarish apple, with grass and even more apple. Some alcohol. Long finish. Too rustic this one, but sure with qualities. 210404

Bottle. Unclear pale yellow golden body with a small, fast disappearing white head. Aroma of fresh, acidic apple, apple core and a hint of lemon. Taste is light and refreshing apple, distinct but balancing acidity and apple core. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nice, quite straight forward dry apple cider. Very refreshing, reminding me about Spanish Cidra.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Almost clear very pale yellow straw. Dry apple peel, dank apple, soft herbs, light glue, tart pear. Light sour, very light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied, very dry finish. Brut nature!

Wild festival. Near clear pale straw with no head. Sour dry apples, its cold up north. Pale and dry, little sharp sour scratching the spot. Under medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Masjen Pedersen Blend 2018 on 23 Nov 2019 at 18:35 - Score: 6. Original review text: Wild festival. Clear pale blond colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have intense floral apple notes. Also plenty of sharp apple too. Solid old style scrumpy.
