Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clear gold color with a finger of white foam that lingers. Light lemon, nutmeg and apricot aromas. Pith on the palate, some kind of spice....nutmeg maybe. Light pith and pepper on the finish with star anise. Lowish carbonation.
