Bottle, Londis, Penny Lane, Liverpool. Hazy amber looks with a thin white head. Lovely tropical fruit and piney hop aromas which continued on into the flavour, which was gently sweet with notes of spice, wood and booze. Smooth and very drinkable. A very good IPA and a top drawer collaboration.

Keg@ Euston Tap, from notes. Nose was malty and fruity, orange, grapefruit soft strawberry/peach note lurking. Taste follows, with grapefruit, soft strawberry and melon, light malt and toffee, leading to pine. Balanced mouthfeel. A really nice IPA which brought in softer summer fruit elements and some sweetness, which I really appreciated in a style which can feel over familiar.

On keg at the Craft Beer Rising event @ Drygate brewery. Plenty of grapefruit and orange on the nose, this was a beautifully textured beer with rich mango and grapefruit notes. Good balance between the sweet richness and the hop bitterness.

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep golden, huge head. Mild hoppy aroma. Starts fruity hoppy with hints of peaches. Mild sourish notes. Bitter background. Finish well balanced, still fine hoppy flowery.
