Bottle. Pours pretty much pitch black, no head to speak of. Lots of coffee, hints of chocolate in the aroma. Taste is nice and full for the %. Lots of coffee, chocolatey bitterness, medium mouthfeel, goes down nicely. Tasty.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Mikkeller Beer Weak Brunch Weasel ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cacao. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, chocolate, cacao, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140522]

Keg at Brewdog Shepard’s bush. Aroma is big sweet vanilla, creme caramel, praline, biscotti. Opaque black dark brown with a lasting halo of cream head. Flavour is weak coffee, woody, praline, chalky. Palate is slight thin, medium light, dryish finish. Sweet coffee. Tasty enough.
Bottle at home 23/1/14, Aroma is nice coffee, praline, sweet creme caramel with a little ash. Flavour is nice dark grains, biscotti biscuit, ashy coffee. Little dried fruits, fig note in the flavour as well. Long duration. Palate is medium light, dry finish, moderate carbonation.

Botella de 33 cl en el momento el 19-07-2014 en el lúpulo. Color negro intenso con poca espuma de color beige oscuro. Aromas de maltas tostadas y abundante café. Cuerpo medio con 4.8 vol, con paso por boca ligero y poco gas. Sabores maltosos con abundante café, ligeros cacaos y un amargo bastante pronunciado algo herbáceo. Buena ligera Herbácea y cafetona a mas no poder, para repetir.

Bottled @ Camping Ratebeers 2014, small sample. Dark color, short head. Aroma of some coffee, slight roasted malts, bit chocolate, slight fruity. Bit bitter, slight sweet. Bit weak indeed. Should try this again perhaps as first beer of the day.

Bottle @ camping ratebeer 2014. Pitch black colour with small light brown head. Smells roasty, coffee, watery, sweetish. Thin body, soft carbo.

Bottle at home, from BD online, 12/07/14. Black with a good sized tan head that dissipates after a while. Nose is rich roast, sweet coffee, dark malts, earthy cocoa, light smoke. Taste comprises rich coffee notes, roast malt, cocoa nibs, coffee cake, vanilla. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, roasty drying close. Solid stout, just comes over a little thin, even for 4.8%, otherwise would have been a cracker.

Aroma is strong on coffee. Also some ashy and licorice tones. Flavour has vanilla, mocha coffee, some tobacco, ash and licorice. Finishes with well roasted and bitter (almost rubbery) malt. Quite nice actually.

Dobry Oatmeal Stout z kawa ktora sie mocno wyczuwalo w zapachu jak i smaku. Piwo glebokiej barwy czarnej z ciemnawa spora i rosnaca piana, trwala na srednio. W smaku slodowosc i palonosc no i kawa mocno dominujaca. Zdaje sie ze zastosowano bardzo szlachetna i droga odmiane. Polecam ten owsiany stout z dodatkiem mocnej kawy
