IPA 11 is all about balance. We took Idaho 7 hops, bursting with big tropical fruit notes, and paired it with a favourite: good ol’ citrusy Mosaic. Next we added lactose to balance out all those big hop flavours and give this super flavourful Double Dry-Hopped IPA a silky smooth mouthfeel.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy pale orange with a small off white head. Nose has citrus, stone fruit and some light pine. Light+ bready sweetness with a medium citrus bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with average carbonation and a lightly bitter finish. OK. 7+/3+/7/4/15
