Cloudy blond colour. Strong aroma, of citrus peel. Dry but full bodied; strong Brett character, very zesty, with a touch of manure.
Pleasant.

22oz at Alex's shared with Andrey. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: tons of brett, with nail polisher and fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines, very agressive and harsh. Overall: too much of brett, acetone, very aggressive and harsh.

More foggy yellow, soft foam, sharp brett on the nose with acrid yeast notes. Flavour is more brett yeast with what seems to be misplaced wood notes. It's not jiving together well though all the elements are there. A bit of hop sweetness on the back end. It kind of grows on me, is tasting better warm than cold. I don't think it's too bad an attempt at this.

On tap at Strathcona, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of perfumey hops, wood, and intense wild yeast. Flavour is intense, with lots of wild yeast, perfume, and citrus hops. Harsh and with all sorts of clashing notes. It's a good attempt, but is quite chaotic.

Funky fruity brett. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Funky, cheesy and a light fruity citrus peel note with a bitter finish.
