LEMON HERBAL CRISP
Influenced by the popular crisp, dry, premium lagers being made in Japan, this beer is a highly attenuated nicely balanced beer with light body and high carbonation making for an easy drinking lager.

Smells of vegetably hops and chewy cabbage, has okay soft foam on a clear yellow body. Flavour is rich floral rice and some hops. Mouthfeel is full, good crispness. It's pleasant memorable for a lager.

On tap at 33B, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry rice and biscuity malt. Flavour is dry, with straw and cereal malts. Dry and straw-like. Decent.
