A simple saison brewed with lots of oats and wheat in the mash. Hopped with EXP386, which pairs aromas of mango and pepper, along with a spicy aromatic yeast strain.

Light estery sweetness. Clear gold with a small white head. Bitter and tea notes with a touch of esters.

Middling semi-cloudy yellow body and little foam, smells of wheat dough with pepper and banana. Flavour is spicy wheat dough and some sweet banana. Full enough on the mouth. Pretty nice, good character.
