On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice smoked meat big peat forward and some roast malts. Taste is more of the nice rich roast malts smoke kick some meat and ash.

Iodine and peat. Jet black with a small white head. Smoky and rich with a long finish. Solid.

On tap at Zhang Men, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out moderate peat, with medium roast and subdued hops. Flavour packs more of a punch on the smoke, with lots of peaty smoke, followed by a dry medium roasted malt base, and subdued hops. Nice use of the peat, forging a dry finish.
