On tap at Kowloon Taproom, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma smells like seltzery ginger ale, ugh. Flavour is just lame, with faded ginger, some seltzery notes, and nary a trace of farmhouse character. This is just incompetent. Poor.

Toffee and cooked ginger. Deep copper with almost no head. Candied dark ginger and a long finish.
