Ingredients: water, barley malt (Pilsner, Munich T1, Vienna, CaraHell, CaraAmber, Abbey), wheat malt, hops (Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, Simcoe, Cryo Simcoe), yeast (US-05).

Carbon Brew tasting, Be Unorthodox. Hazy yellow color with thick white head. Aroma f citrus hops, light malt. Taste starts malty followed by nice citrus hoppy bitternes, with zest, resin. Meidum long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Can at a tasting in Unorthodox. Excellent classic IPA. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Lots of citrusy resiny hops character, light yeasty hint in the background. Easy drinking.

On tap at Kowloon Taproom, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweaty, old hops, BO, and yup... diacetyl. Flavour is pretty unpleasant, with sweaty, earthy, old hops, a hint of butter, and bready malt. Sweaty and old, with all sorts of problems. Very poor.

Caramel and resin. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bitter and a bit astringent.
