440ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Sour aroma of lacto, pale malt, pineapple, lemon, green apple and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, pineapple, peach, lemon and floral hops in a dry, tart lacto finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. More sour than ipa, but still enjoyable.

From a 440ml can on 1/1/2022. Pours a clearish medium golden with virtually no head. Has a light sour nose. Tastes of fermenting citrus fruit, yeast with an intense sour finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I like very few sours, but there are some that work for me. This grates on me badly. Hard to drink.

On tap at Second Draft, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of lacto upfront, with subdued piney hops, and gentle fruitiness. Flavour is heavy on the lacto, with a very yogurty character, followed by citrusy hops. Yogurty palate, with a prevailing citrusy finish. Good stuff.
