Pours mahogany into a trappist glass. Tan micro head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Apple and fig aromas. Sweet molasses and pit fruit front to back.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a murky copper brown colour with a large thick creamy off-white head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, caramel, toffee, bread and spice. Taste has more of the same notes from the aroma but with some added fruit cake, citrus peel, a touch of alcohol and some bitterness on the finish. Medium body, low carbonation and a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Well balanced. Nice lacing on the glass. Very good high quality beer.

Quarantine Beer #011 sampled at home on 03/15/2020. Cloudy bronze color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing. Fruity and malty aroma with yeast in the background. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, Belgian yeast, spice and hops. The finish is fruity yeast and malt. Above average overall.

Hazy brown with a short lived tan head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, oxidization, cola notes and malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

11.2oz bottle. Right off the top, I'd say this is miscategorized as a Tripel. There are some similarities but a lot of differences too. World class awesome mouthfeel, champagne fluffy carbonation. Unfiltered copper-amber body. Steady thin, white head laces up the glass. Pleasant toffee-pretzel malt depth, dry noble hop balance, red-fruit ale yeast tone all come together perfectly. An absolute pleasure to sip on. World Class.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het aroma is wat zurig en fruitig. De smaak is kruidig en wat hoppig.

Bottle/Fest. A- Gum, spice. A- Golden copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Spice, herbal, gum, wheat. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- A solid Belgian that honestly I'd not even heard of before the fest. Drank easy but clearly pushed to the back by the bigger names that are honestly better. Drinkable but not enough to stand out from the crowd of other great examples in this style.

Bottle at home came with proper glassware that I’m sucker for. Plum copper looking frothy head. Nose is dark fruits and yeast. Tastes of dried figs, plum, yeasty, hay, herbal, some slicing and orange peel. Dry palate. Thinner bodied.
