500mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted caramel, crisp apples, and toffee. Flavour is crisp, with crisp red apples, champagne-like effervescence, caramel, and toffee. Just a touch of sweetness, with a gently assertive carbonation. Very good.

Wet hay and touch of lemon. Clear gold with no head. Touch of lemon and some honeysuckle. Bone dry and a nice acidity.
