A polished, golden yellow beer with 5% alcohol. Phoenix beer is pasteurised after bottling, according to natural conservation methods. The quality of the underground water also allows us to produce a beer with no chemicals additives. Time of maturation before distribution is meticulously controlled.

Clear golden colour, minimal white head which disappears promptly; aroma and taste of grains, corn, metallic and wet cardboard notes; drinkability: borderline

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pretty standard tropical lager. Would probably work in the sun on the beech.

Bottle shared at THT. Clear golden with small white head. Lots of cardboard, light skunk, hay, sugar, light mineral. Blah blah blah this just sucks, sorry.

330ml bottle at home, sourced from Kensal Rise local shop. Pours clear golden with a white head that quickly thins. Aroma is malt dominated, a little grain and cardboard. Taste is sweet initially, get a malt hit with a little grass and grain. It’s not a great beer but not hideous either.
